HERMES DELIVERY

Oh my days. Have any of you successfully contacted HERMES by phone? I am livid. Ordered clothes for DD from Forever 21. Received a successfully delivered and signed for email from Hermes at 1530pm today.

The signature was nobody I recognised, nobody was in our house at the time and surprise surprise, no parcel to be seen although like Hermes the messenger we sought the parcel far and wide. It has either been signed for by someone from much further up the road, a random passer by or the courier is lying.

It is impossible to get in touch with Hermes directly to ask them. The website will not recognise the problem as it states, parcel successfully delivered. Er, no it fecking isn't!
Why or why do such companies make is nigh on impossible to contact them with complaints or queries that are not in the standard box. Have any of you had dealings with these showers of shite and if so, any tips to get in touch.

Check your email. Whenever I get a delivery from Hermes it's shows the location of the delivery via gps and also the signature of the recipient .
I've never had a problem with Hermes.

They respond on Facebook messenger I think?

Try Facebook/Twitter too

You aren’t their customer, the retailer is so you should be contacting the retailer and tell them that the signature is not yours and then they will speak to Hermes.

Agree, go straight to the retailer. Your contract is with them not Hermes
