So my career plans have gone tits up :(
Im a registered childrens nurse (not adult trained at all)
I have hospital and community experience working with HV and families, but don't want to do that anymore. Also have my own school age children...
My recent work history too complex and outing to explain.
Obviously im not a registered childminder.
Could I apply for nanny jobs?
How difficult is it to become a childminder?

Do you think being an ex paediatric nurse would be desirable qualification?
Struggling to think if what else I could do :(

I’m sure you would make a fab childminder, parents would feel safe leaving children with an ex nurse, real selling point!

I could imagine that someone with a child with health needs might also bite your hand off (eg allergies, disabilities, CF etc)
