Bestie phone watch

Hi everyone

I ordered a bestie phone watch for my daughter for Christmas.

Ordered over a week ago. Money taken from bank already.

However it's not been shipped and they are not answering the customer service number or replying to emails that I have sent.

Has anyone else had the same problem with them?

Yes that one. I haven't got Facebook.

I have emailed them three times and called and left two messages.

When I was ordering I called the number to ask a few questions and got two call backs and I thought yep great customer service I will buy this but since then nothing!

It's just so annoying because we have tried several watches and we ended up getting an oaxis my first phone (it's a watch) and my daughter loved it but it died a death after about 18 months.

I looked around and decided to get this one because it's waterproof and has a few extra features and you also get a two year guarantee.
