Why do my fingers (and toes) do that?

Silly question and not really medical so trying my luck here.

Often when I´m ´gripping´ something, think steering wheel of car or nordic walker at gym, i get an uncomfortable feeling in my fingers. It feels like they don´t want to be aligned or my pinky wants to be over my ring finger or something. If I shake my hand a couple of times it feels better but sometimes an awkward feeling continues. I have similar with my toes in certain shoes, mostly when I´m jogging and they are rubbing up to each other uncomfortably. I´m weird, am I not?

I haven't had it with hands but I do with my little toe. If I have no socks on, my little toe wants to cross over the next door one. I dont think most peoples toes even can cross over but mine can and do!

I get this with my toes. My big toes want to be crossed over the next one along!

My toes do this all the time, I assumed it was a form of cramp but happy to be proved wrong.

My toes are the opposite! If I'm in bare feet and stretch my legs out I can't stop my toes completely separating!! DH thinks I'm weird!
