Ordered something last Wednesday, paid for next day delivery as I knew I'd be in.
Thursday comes, no parcel.
Text Yodel delivery driver, no response.
Friday, contact Peacocks and ask for delivery refund. Assured it would be delivered that day.
It's now Monday & still no parcel.
All attempts at contacting Yodel have been fruitless.
Contact Peacocks again to be told I had rescheduled the delivery for today on Thursday!?!? I did no such thing.
Still waiting on a call back from customer service manager after attempting to call three times this morning.
Head -> brick wall!!!!
First and last time I'll be buying anything from Peacocks!!
