Coats

I'm trying to find a coat for my 6 year old which is suitable for this current weather but for some reason I'm struggling.
Things either seem to be too thick or too thin, or the hood is a bit rubbish. It's not super cold yet but everything available at the moment seems to be double insulated thick lining which is great for when it does get freezing but it's still quite mild I think especially when they run around at playtime.

What I'm looking for is a nice simple (ideally navy coloured) waterproof coat anorak type thing with a hood that actually covers the head properly and a (jersey maybe?) lining which isn't too thick. Also not to expensive!

Actually really like the yellow but ds will probably say no to that he's a bit fussy, only really likes blue or black ..
