It looks like a standard terraced house in need of modernisation Confused

It's badly laid out furniture wise but other than that it's a standard sized terraced house.

iklboo · 06/10/2019 14:34

Which sell for about £70-80k up here!

It's just in need of modernisation. What's the issue?

No issue (why does there have to be an issue, always?).

It just looks so dark and depressing and cluttered.

As you were.

Its someones home, were you thinking if viewing it?

alwaysmovingforwards · 06/10/2019 15:06

Yup, room to swing a cat there, space-wise looks ok.

BarbaraofSeville · 06/10/2019 15:06

Why post about a random house if there is no issue about it.

Houses are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them and unfortunately in some areas of the country they are extraordinarily expensive. That's life in the UK at the moment.

AnOojamaflip · 06/10/2019 15:11

Do you think it's especially small or something?

Decor and furnishings are depressing no doubt. Lovely bit of wood panel to sadden the soul!!

Bloodybridget · 06/10/2019 15:12

It's ugly and horribly furnished and decorated now, but could probably be made quite acceptable by a new owner. Suspicious that there is no floorplan!
