When does the bank send out your new card?

If the old one’s expiry date is 11/19? In the past I would have gone into the branch to ask but my nearest one is now miles away and I can’t see anything on the online banking site about it. I’m getting close to pretending my card is damaged just to get them to give me a new one because I know the number to phone for that! I can’t do my Christmas online food shop though the delivery slots are now open because my card runs out before December.

My credit card expires next month. I got a replacement earlier this week.

Usually shortly before expiry then you can use old card until the expiry date and as soon as you activate/start using new one it's same pin.

It’ll come a month before, but you can just call them and ask you know? There’s no need to take a trip to branch.

Or just call and ask for a replacement. Honestly they won’t care in the slightest.
