My go-to to feel better film is Amelie. It never fails to cheer me up. Then True Romance.

fblake · 05/10/2019 23:10

Sneaky 3rd is Mrs Doubtfire.

100PercentThatBitch · 05/10/2019 23:36

@fblake

Secretary is a marmite film I think but Arrival is one of those films that I think should be universally appreciated

Greatest Showman
Wayne’s World

elQuintoConyo · 06/10/2019 08:20

The Last of the Mohicans - everything about it is glorious.
Top Gun - hand on heart, it's the aeroplanes Ice Man I'm a forces brat and 80s child, the planes and the music take me right back to adolescence.
Heat - superb throughout, just superb.

For pure cheese, it's a tie between Death Becomes Her and Top Secret (ooh, more Val Kilmer, maybe I should name change!)

RobertSmithdoesmyhair · 06/10/2019 08:24

Moulin Rouge
The Hangover
