What's happened to Marks Sparks??

Have realised lately that I've had no offers for ages - must be a couple of months or so. I'm usually beating them off. Have tried Live Chat and even calling them to see what's going on but getting nowhere - anyone else having this?

Mine is 20% off Per Una dresses or jumpers or jeans. I'd rather have discount off underwear or food, even perfumes for Christmas. At least we're helping a charity though...

Yes I like the Sparks card too. Get money off vouchers in the post.

I get money off and points vouchers through the post connected with my M&S credit card, but Sparks offers are only ever online for me.

I can rarely remember what my current Sparks offers are when I'm in the shop,though I do know that I currently have 20% off men's underwear

Yes same here, I work for them and had no offers for a month, rang and was told I needed to get a new sparks card, which I did 3 weeks ago registered my new card, still no offers!

I went into Bluewater the other night.

Frankly if they were giving away free stuff I would’ve struggled.

There was a nice armchair granted, but I can’t wear that to work can I?

Hi I've also had no offers from Marks either since Apri. I have been into the local store who said it has nothing to do with them. They told me to ring Help Number so Ive been doing that since April. They keep promising to sort it and that they will send me gift cards as an apology. Still waiting for them. And offers Have ring them a dozen times since. And Nothing. Makes you wonder why Marks are always in the News for fallen profits. And who's going to pay for Al the phone calls

You don’t need to log in though. Surely you stay logged in anyway? I do, at least, and I do a lot of browsing on the site so then it’s just a matter of having a look every Thursday, adding whichever deals
I want or may have opportunity to use all in one go and it’s sorted.

Emails can be unsubscribed, you don’t have to have them...
