How often do you take your kids away, including weekends?

How often do you take your kids away including weekends and one night at stays?

We holiday in the UK and have a week away in the summer, usually term time as DH doesn't have a lot of control over when he gets leave, then 3-5 weekends away dotted through the year.

Once or twice a month with 2-4 plane holidays a year. We do at least one fun thing a weekend though (cinema, bowling, nice restaurant, day trip etc). We only have one DC though so we can.
