Would you buy a brand new baby car seat off eBay?

Someone selling a 'new with tags' maxi cosi car seat which is just what I'm looking for. It's £70 cheaper than elsewhere. They only have 8 feedback all positive and are selling a few other brand new car seats.

Is it worth the risk? Is there a risk or am I being too cautious?

They are selling different car seats, not all the same
