Best chunky brownie recipes

Just that really, what are your favourite brownie recipes? Mine always come out like cake instead of gooey, is there a foolproof method to the perfect brownie?

Really sticky and gooey and I add macadamia nuts for a nice crunch you could add some chocolate chunks too
