Has anyone used a kegel 8 machine?

Did it improve things?
It's a lot of money but am sick of leaking.

If it works then it's worth the investment.

Yeah I have one.

I think it did help, yes. I lost it though and when I needed it again I couldn't find it after DC3 so bought a cheaper one.

It was just as good and I never needed to spend all the money on the kegel 8 (which I found 2 days after the cheaper one arrived).

My problem is, I simply forget to use the damn thing.

Instead I put a plaster on my steering wheel to remind me to do pelvic floor every time I drive.

That's helped more than any machine.
