Is anyone else quite excited about this?

I’m out walking the dog and I’m cold. I’m strangely excited about the fact that when I go home and get showered and dressed for the day, I’m going to put a jumper on!

Autumn has arrived in my neck of the woods.

First morning we've had condensation on the windows - and I've just remembered what a drag that is!

I wore my wooly hat out yesterday morning! I mean it was actually far too warm for it but I was still excited!

I was literally thinking similar this morning. I came downstairs to let the dogs in the garden and had to say quick, outside! it's cold out there! Then I got excited because I just love this time of year.

Yes!! I felt like this on Sunday when I took the buggy out by our local river. It was cold, I needed a body warmer and i could see the different wildlife! It was lush!

I love this time of year too. Woolly jumpers, opaque tights, skirts, boots, berry etc So cosy and wrapped up. Nothing beats going home to a nice hot drink and sitting in front of a fire on a cold day.

It is still too warm here. I was boiling last night as we have put the duvet back on. Should be getting colder soon though according to the forecast. Can't wait

I put tights and boots in today for work which I'm soooo happy about! I hate my summer wardrobe

Crackling fires, candles, excuse for plentiful hot chocolate and apple crumble, silky thermal undies, 15 tog duvet out of storage last night...

YES! I had the most perfect crisp sunny Autumnal walk in the woods this morning with my dog.
