A whatsapp question when blocked.?

Dhs ex has blocked him on everything this comes and goes depending on her mood.. All communication goes via a book for the dcs.
We need to give her our new address before the dc comes the weekend. But she's blocked. If she unblocks will. She recieve the original message.

No she will never receive the message, even when she unblocks him.

Can he text it too her or leave a voice mail ( unless she’s blocked texts/calls from him?)

Email?

Post a letter signed for delivery? ( get someone else to write the address on the envelope so she doesn’t know the hand writing)

No messages remain undelivered if sent when blocked.

Letter is a good idea.. God I hate her silly games.
