Pale poop in 3 year old.

Have also posted in children's health but shamelessly posting here also for traffic!
Noticed this evening that my DS (3) has pale yellow coloured poop, I've noticed this before as well but it doesn't seem too be constant. Along with other symptoms - dark circles under eyes, wetting the bed (has been dry day and night for around a year) and unexplained nose bloods - I'm really starting too worry. Has anyone else DC had anything like this before? Should I be worried or am I letting anxiety get the better of me??? Thank you.

Mine get pale yellow poos (that smell pretty foul) when they've had a virus. It usually passes in a few days when they're back to eating normally.
Has this been long running?

It hasn't been consistent but on and off for a little while. I wasn't overly worried until the nose bleeds and bed wetting also started. I admit I do have some anxiety surrounding his health so that could be clouding my judgement

Hi OP,

Just wanted to write to say that my 2.5yr old has recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease and one of the symptoms was pale, fowl smelling poos. Other symptoms were poor appetite, low energy/lethargy, stomach bloating, sickness and slow growth.

It wasn't obvious to me that is what he was suffering from this and the health professionals just put his issues down to fussy eating but now in hindsight I can see that the coeliac disease was causing all of the problems.

He is much brighter now that we have stopped the gluten. I'm not saying this is what your son may be suffering from but just something to consider.

Does sound like Coeliac.
