Noisy neighbors????

Anybody had an issue with a stalking neighbor? Shes keeping tabs on my teenage daughter and son and hardly leaves her house. And to top it off argues about my teenage daughter to her boyfriend on a constant basis saying he fancies her. HELP!

Imo never attempt to get into a conversation with her.
She sounds unhinged..
Keep a diary if she hurls abuse.
Police involvement may become necessary..

Sounds like a lunatic in need of a life!
