Wondered if anyone had this issue and has any advice, or whether it's just one of those things.
Got vouchers when DD was born. I save them and buy next stage clothes in the sales.
Last Monday got priority access to sale and bought a lot of her clothes for winter, vests etc and next years summer clothes, paid for in full and money taken.
Nearest marks an hour away, in town where I work on a Tuesday. No slots for last Tuesday, so chose today to collect.
Arrived this morning, find an email to say when they went to put my order together last night it's all out of stock and they will refund in five days.
As I was adding items to basket things were going out of stock but I only bought those in stock. Nowhere does it say they won't process your order until collection so stock might change.
Not the end of the world but I'm really annoyed at the service. Worth taking up with them as email? Just a bit disappointed as I could have paid for delivery if I knew they wouldn't sort mine for a week.
