Is there such thing as a comfortable foldable guest bed or a sofa bed?

They seem to have paper thin mattresses!

I find a memory foam mattress topper makes any guest bed much more comfortable. They aren't expensive (you'd only need a cheap one for occasional use). They roll up small so can usually be stored under the bed.

I have an Ikea daybed and it is super comfy.

@Fluffsmum I was thinking the same myself but never used mattress topper myself so wasn't sure

@Likethebattle do you use it as a couch? It would need to be either foldable to put in the shed or else a sofa bed to use as couch as well in the sitting room

Has anyone tried those fancy air mattresses you would see on the shopping channels?

I bought a fold away bed from amazon with mattress( like a camp bed) but I keep it under my sofa.
I have been told it’s really comfortable.

JamesonCask · 30/09/2019 07:30

@avamiah do you know which one you bought? I've seen that Jay-Be look to have good reviews
