Drink name ideas

Ok I work in hospitality, we hold functions, weddings, Christmas parties etc.

Looking for some ideas for drink names for the Christmas menu.

The building was a Monastery back in the day so need names that will reference the building and its history (friars, nuns etc)

Any ideas welcome?

Can research the names of the leading / head priest , nuns etc and incorporate their name into the drink ?
Ie bloody mary > bloody father joe
Vesper , ( martini based )
Missionarys down fall ( rum based )
El Diablo > the devil < ( tequila )

There are loads more that you may like I just can not think of them right now

Novice's Delight ~ for something with low alcohol content.
Abbot's Cup ~ for something like mulled wine or punch.

Is that the type of thing you mean?

So far we have

the funky monk and friar tucks tipple

but thats the best we've come up with and they aren't that great to begin with Confused

Probably not quite the tone you're aiming for, but just in case you want a lighthearted one:

  • Gregorian Chance:
(mystery ingredients: are the guests brave enough to try it?)

Ah, x post, you are doing lighthearted!

Yes, we will be creating a few drinks and using a few classics so will try and use a name that fits

I do like the El Diablo idea as well
