A "please help me name my puppy" thread :)

I am SOOOOOO excited, we are getting a puppy next month and these are going to be the longest 4 weeks of my life!

She is a Golden Irish, a cross between a Golden Retriever and an Irish Setter. Her mum (the Golden) is cream coloured, very light, and the Setter dad is a very dark, rich red, so her coat could end up being anything in between. She is currently 4 weeks old. According to the parents' owners, she is the smallest, sweetest of the litter.

I am looking for the perfect name as a way to pass the time until she is with us, and I would love you to help me with ideas, please.

Isn't she the most adorable thing in the World??

She's got to be Orlaith (or Orla). It means golden princess.

Orla is lovely.
I looked at these when we were after a pup but they seemed to be a US thing and we are in the U.K.

I was like a sleep deprived zombie last christmas when we had our puppy 10 days before Christmas (wasn't planned, just happened to find a local litter). I still don't know how I cooked a meal!!

@aurynne - seriously adorable! With that cross she is going to be stunning. What about Seren? It's Welsh for 'star'. Or Toffee, or Cara(mel) for the colour of her coat?
