Is this normal

Quick story.. I hurt my collarbone this morning well either that or my shoulder. Its been sore all day but not need painkillers. I've sat with a hot water bottle on it but I've noticed this.. Is it from the heat? I no I'm probably being simple about it.

Is this normal
