Can you take any other painkillers with the above please?
DD is really suffering period wise.

You can take paracetamol with it, but not ibuprofen.

Take with over the counter co-codamol or solpadeine max (these contain codeine & paracetamol so 8 tablets is your maximum daily paracetamol dose).
