Sertraline in different time zone

I was abroad recently where there is a plus 8 hour time difference. I had been taking Sertraline at 8am when home and pharmacist advised to continue taking at 8am local time abroad. When there I didn't notice too much of a difference but since I got home a week ago my anxiety is bad again. I'm on it 5 months now. Did anyone else experience something similar?

No, I didn't. I went somewhere with a 4.5 hour time difference earlier this year and just took it when I woke up in the morning, I seemed to manage ok both there and when I returned.

Sorry that's no help
