KOH?

Is that potassium hydroxide by any chance?
Confused

@ErrolTheDragon

I don’t know, it’s meant to be safe for the environment and was developed with the environment in mind.

Haven't used it but yes the name is the chemical symbol for the active ingredient. I'm intrigued by it too op

Myusername2015 · 28/09/2019 08:54

Yes I have. I got sucked in by the adverts! It’s ok..,love the mop not as impressed by the general all purpose spray. Doesn’t seem any better than any other of my cleaners.

BeyondMyWits · 28/09/2019 08:55

diluted dish soap (potassium hydroxide=potash=dish soap), in a spray bottle.

Friend has been caught up in the fervour - look it cleans really well... yep so does fairy liquid.

I use it. I like that it’s unscented as strong smells give my daughter migraines. Method etc make my skin so dry and sore but koh dosent. It does a decent job overall though couldn’t deal with water marks on brushed stainless steel sink. I use it on my floors in a vileda spray mop and on kitchen counters, the bathroom etc. My oven was brand new when I got koh so never tried the intense cleaning.

I’ve been using it 3 months and still some left in the box. I’ll prob buy it again. And get a second atomiser to keep in the bathroom.

I got some, the cloths they supply are good quality and there is plenty of fluid supplied as you can top up the spray bottle from the reserve can.
However, it is absolutely no better than any other cleaner and I won't be getting anymore.

It is a miracle oven cleaner.
I may just be rubbish at cleaning ovens but I used to spend hours after oven priding, scrubbing away with a bucket of water next to me.
15 minutes with Koh and I have a beautiful oven.
It's taken all the ming off the hob cover disc things too.
It's good for glass.
Cleaning anything else though is elbow grease as you really have to buff out the streaks, mr sheen is just as good and less effort for furniture.
