Where have my childcare vouchers gone?! Has this happened to anyone else?

Still in the old salary sacrifice scheme. Had no problems until this month. According to DH wage slip they have been paid. But they have not gone into his childcare account. Rang the scheme who say haven't received them and to contact DH employer. We are still waiting on a response from them. Considering their response time for other things I don't hold up much hope and I'm worried they will pass book again.
Has this happened to anyone else? Need to pay DD nursery by today or Monday at the latest.

You need to get back on the phone to your husbands employer. It sounds like they have not sent the payroll file across to the childcare provider. They won’t credit your account until they get confirmation from his employer of the value. I say this as someone who has worked in employee benefits. Good luck!

Each month, the voucher provider will invoice the employer for all of the vouchers plus an admin fee. The employer then deducts the voucher amount from salaries and pays the invoice. If it’s not in your voucher account it’s probably because the invoice was paid late. Get him to chase payroll at work.
