Hello, new to this business but I have a property I’m going to run as a (hopefully high end) holiday home. I’m not confident to market it myself so have had reps from cottages.com and Sykes out. Both were very helpful, good at selling themselves and came back with similar pricing and commission. Please can anyone who has been an owner with them let me know any feedback on how they have found it/ any pitfalls? I’m going to do some marketing myself with the hope that in 3/4 years when other commitments allow I can do it myself, but for now they both seem to allow this (although Sykes with more flexibility for a higher commission).
