Alphabite letters for tea- wtf is this?

So dd (8) asked for these recently.

The first time I did her name and her best friend’s name.
Today she is having them and there are no sodding vowels left.

This is her tea tonight. Fish fingers and corn to be added. I’m trying to think of a way to make this relevant but failing dismally!

BLSTYPN and she will notice that the N is slightly burned Grin

BertrandRussell - are you sure that wasn’t my sisters baking (even down the the same flour)?

Mamasaurus82 · 25/09/2019 19:03

Ahhh, phew! Glad it was joke judgey. Sorry for the mini rant. Just had a tricky mealtime. Xx

Zoflorabore · 25/09/2019 19:03

You're making me want to watch Countdown.

Zoflorabore · 25/09/2019 19:09

My dad was actually on Countdown when I was a kid and won, then won champion of champions. We lived on a rough council estate and when asked where he lived my dad said “ we live in a sleepy little hamlet near X “ the place was so bad that Rumbelows wouldn’t deliver Grin

Anyway, back to frozen potato products...

Do you still have it?

Zoflorabore · 25/09/2019 19:16

I would think so! I’ve just googled him and it said he won the supreme championship whatever that is...

When ds was young he refused most of the things I cooked. The day after one particularly frustrating night where he'd refused chilli, he was out in the garden with dh and when I looked out he had mud all round his mouth. So, wouldn't eat my cooking but happy to eat mud :o
He's now 12 and eats really well.

TroysMammy · 25/09/2019 19:18

I was going to say tell her it's a Welsh word.

Betrand that reminds me of the time I made cat's bum bread rolls with my niece. Only she went one step further with a sultana!

StealthPolarBear · 25/09/2019 19:18

What does the pie say

TheSilveryPussycat · 25/09/2019 19:20

I used to love buying the themed ones (eg Fireman Sam) for DC and seeing all the different and appropriate shapes.

BertrandRussell · 25/09/2019 19:21

It’s the wrong pie! The one I thought I was posting had 3.141 on it!

StealthPolarBear · 25/09/2019 19:22

:)

Thisisstrange1 · 25/09/2019 19:26

OP I'm the same as you today, sick and cba to go to the shops.
I said to my 5yo "do you want noodles or pasta or rice for dinner" (he won't eat sauce so would just be plain and dry), he said no he wants meat and veg! Is my 5 year old judging me? 😂
So I was guilted into making mash and frozen green beans for him.

FizzyGreenWater · 25/09/2019 20:12

piss pie lol Grin
