Heavy bleeding and clots 10 weeks after C Section

Why am i bleeding heavy and passing huge clots 10 weeks after my emergency C Section?

Oh goodness how awful I would go to GP. No question

Has it been like this from the start or restarted recently? Could it be your period?
I ended up being sent by the gp to A&E then gynae unit because my first after emcs was horrendous and uncontrollable.

I also went a&e yesterday, they could not give me an answer on what it is, i am now waiting for a scan,i had my first period 3 weeks ago, i think this is another period but it is so bad, i can barely move, i initially thought i was having a miscarriage but a&e confirmed i wasnt. I also had depo injection 8 weeks ago so wondering whether the injection has made me bleed heavy

The first period or two after birth is very heavy. But it's also possible that it could be an infection or retained placenta. How do you feel otherwise?

I feel ok, just weak, losing alot of blood and passing big clots nearly everytime i stand up
