I’ve moved to a new town same nhs trust. How long will the transfer take?

How long is a piece of string ? Not sure OP but you should chase up the transfer process at least once a week and ask them for updates. Make them aware that they need to sort it out and keep in touch with your GP about it all and they can chase on your behalf as well.
