This is a bit tongue in cheek but we are on a very expensive (for us) holiday to celebrate a milestone anniversary. I invited my OH into the shower to help me ‘wash my hair’. Of course you know what happened!
Afterwards he said “that wasn’t as good as it would have been when we were much younger”. Well I kind of agree with him but he didn’t have to spell it out!
Just had a very large G&T and am now off to the bar 😁

Surely he meant the effort of trying to have sex in the shower rather than the sex itself?

I would agree it was a thought best kept to himself. Kudos to you for having a go though, I don't think my back would stand it :)

If it makes you feel any better -we both said much the same the other night as between his bad back and my bad knees... it’s not exactly the sexual gymnastics of when we were younger!! 🤣🤣

You know you’re getting old when you’re in the shower of a lovely hotel with your husband and just as things are getting hot and steamy you both start admiring the tiles! 😩

Could have been worse OP - last time DP and I tried it in the shower we nearly toppled over... we haven’t done it since - I don’t fancy having to explain to the paramedics how that injury happened!!!

I don't get the problem? I pulled a leg muscle having sex in our bathroom which would not have happened at 20! I told my dh exactly that. It was still a good time.
