Make green tea palatable?

I keep reading I should drink it for the anti inflammatory effect. Can I do anything, or buy a certain type to make it more pleasant? It kind of makes me feel sick.

I thought I had a constitution of steel, but green tea makes me nauseous. Only thing that has ever disagreed with me.

If you don't like green tea don't drink it - it's not a miracle cure for anything! Ordinary black tea has some anti-inflammatory properties too, as do lots of other things - ginger, turmeric, garlic...

M&S Green tea with lemon £1 for 20 bags, don't leave the bag in too long, or Twinings Cherry Bakewell Green Tea from Sainsbury's.

I love green tea, the stronger the better. But yes, on an empty stomach, it really does make you feel sick!

I buy green with jasmine or green with lemon. Nicer.

I only like Twinnings - they have some nice flavours
