Slimming world

I no there is a diet board but I wondered if anyone could help me! I am currently calorie counting but am becoming a little bit obsessed with calories and have done slimming world in the past and really want to give it another chance!! My problem is that I work every day but work six hours exactly so don’t get a break and we are not allowed to eat in our offices. At the moment as I am calorie counting I have a bagel with ham in my office, it doesn’t smell, I can shove it in my draw if anyone knocks and I don’t need a knife and fork or to stop work when I’m eating! So can anyone come up with slimming world dinners that I can eat that fit the above criteria please?

You get zero breaks?! And u can't eat?! Ask your management what you're supposed to do. Like can u even have some fruit?

That's ridiculous, I would be joining a union and getting them to look into that.
You should not be going 6hrs without food it's unhealthy for a start, surely that must be illegal.

...But to answer your question. I believe there's a bagel thin that is a HEB now, ham is free so you could stick to that.
Carrot/pepper/cucumber etc, Ryvita don't have much of a smell, Breakfast bars, crackers, any fruit, chopped cheese and meat.

But seriously I'd be so hangry after 6 hours I'd be on the war path!

We can have fruit, just not allowed to eat at our desks so I need something I can eat quickly!! It’s to encourage everyone to have dinner breaks and take a rest away from their computers, however as I only work six hours I’m not entitled to a break (you have to work over six hours to get a break) so I am struggling with what to eat at dinner!
