There's a thread on my local Facebook page moaning about the amount of no shows at doctors appointments and the fact that if you do want an appointment you have to make one weeks in advance.
I have posted on there but no replies so seems no one has but had anyone every gone and stood at the reception desk in their doctors surgery and said "I'll take the first no show today please" and has it worked
