I had some blood tests done and wondered if someone could explain the implications of these results? Or just what it means really. Any help much appreciated.

Did you have a total b12 test or just the active? I'd say that's still quite low although I am by no means an expert. If you're on Facebook there's a group called pernicious anemia/b12 deficiency - Support group. If you request to join that and post your blood test results there's some really knowledgeable people on there who might be able to advise further. Definitely a tricky business. I hope you feel better soon Flowers

I have my macro and micro nutrient tested every four weeks (I can't absorb a lot of them.) None of these numbers would concern me but your doctor should explain them. Any nutrient deficiency can make you feel lousy.
