Is this a weird bug doing the rounds?

Been feeling under the weather all week. Scratchy throat, achy, that feeling like a colds brewing but nothing actually materialising. Now sweats and diarrhoea. I feel dreadful. How long does it last?!

Yep. Ive got this. Felt a bit throaty and crap for 2 weeks and then horrendous and v sudden upset stomach today. Missed going to the theatre with ds that weve had planned for months!

Im hoping the worst is over now

I have this. Sore throat, pathetic cough, fuzzy head, occasional runny nose.

No diarrhoea (yet!) thankfully.

3/4 of us suffering with it. Has hit me and my youngest hardest. We’re at the coughing so hard it feels like we’re bruised stage.

Yep. Lost my voice on Friday and haven't been able to move off the sofa since. Headache, no energy and my skin hurts!
Hoping it's going to clear overnight as I cant afford to be off work.

Im texting in between stomach cramps and squitting.

The sore throat and coughing came earlier, so I didn't connect the two.

Bugger. I need this gone by tomorrow. And i need to be active, moving a whole storage room of stuff to make room for a furniture delivery.

I am ok on the stomach front today (so far) but now feel like I have a full blown cold and the worst headache ever! Great!

I've had to turn my bedroom into storage unit for the furniture delivery.

But everything calming down now.

There is light at end of tunnel!!! 😁

I'm home ill with something similar today. I was very very dizzy this morning so decided to try to rest it out. It's been making the rounds in my office and my husband's as well.

Oh thank God. It's not just me. I've been thinking I've been being such a hypochondriac. Totally relate to the cold that never ends but never really begins either.

Today I gave in, and am in bed. The diarrhoea has just begun. . .

I’ve got this, I thought it was just because I’m pregnant.
Cotton wool brain, generally feeling foggy and with a blocked up nose and scratchy throat. Tired. Generally under the weather. Had it for a week weeks now, no upset stomach though thank god.

I've had something all week - blocked nose, tonsils inflamed, sore throat, chesty cough.

Had a notification from DS's school that Swine flu is going round - I think that has diarrhea on the symptom list - could be that? I think it's just considered a seasonal flu now - nothing super-scary.

Me too. Unfortunately the tummy thing has started a uc flare which I haven’t had for years. I’ve lost a stone already and no sign of stopping 😩

Oh yes I've had this for nearly 3 weeks. The tummy thing has been on and off, but the fuzzy head etc has been persistent.

Ah yes I thought it was two separate bugs. Had stomach cramps one night, felt sick for days and then tickly cough, feeling dizzy and exhausted. You think you’re better then it comes back!

Ds has got it, woke up thursday morning with a very sore throat, wouldn't eat breakfast, came home from school shattered, had bowl of soup & went to bed, friday morning started with runny nose that comes & goes, bubbly stomach with lots of trapped wind, not hungry. Yesterday still had sore throat but managed to drag himself out to see Russell Howard last night, looks wiped out today.
