Mine: homemade carbonara for lunch, pink cava in the fridge for later and seeing friends this evening

9 year old dd sitting on my knee laughing. We have both had a hard few months so to hear her laugh so natural was beautiful

I found the perfect black sweater at last, it’s been a long search. Been trudging around town in the heat but now shoes are off and have a beautifully chilled drink - bliss. Strictly too

Me and DS11 worked out how the ride on mower worked and he mowed the lawn.

Collecting seeds from my garden for planting next spring

Seeing DS completely at ease with his grandparents (PIL) and having a lovely time. And bonus, because he isn’t interested in me at all so I can just chill!

Picking up my race pack for an event I’m doing tomorrow. I’m terrified but really excited for the challenge!

Running in my new trainers. They’re purple!

Done the ironing and put the laundry away. Now I'm going to put my feet up with a cup of coffee with biscuits and catch up on Eastenders and The Great British Bake Off.

It was my lie in. Had crossiants for breakfast then a walk around a nuture reserve loch. Wine and munchies later with hubby

Bright blue skies and glorious sunshine all day. Amazing!

All Blacks winning the rugby, 'watching the game with DH', even though he's on the other side of the world in NZ, the beautiful weather, and having got all the washing done and dried. Watching the cat love being allowed in the garden. Watching the DD's settle to do some homework together, after going into town on the Bus for lunch and a wander.

Feeling the warmth of the sun on my face. The gorgeous colours of trees with the leaves starting to turn.

Laying in bed this morning cuddling my 3 year old and 2 month old.

I’m planning on popping out for see friends for an hour or so tonight. I have not seen friends for ages but I know the little one will be up lots tonight so I’m unsure if I should go.

My new duvet arriving. Bought pillows last month but decided to wait to use my new ones until I got my duvet. Tonight im getting into bed with new pillows, duvet and freshly washed and ironed bed linen. Heavenly.

Currently sitting on the sofa under my beautiful sleeping 3 week old baby girl and my gorgeous 3 year old DS next to me. Feeling that contentment of knowing my little family is complete and also that I never need to go through pregnancy and childbirth ever again
