Help me get through work today

I'm absolutely knackered. Spent most of yesterday driving and then had very little sleep last night due to someone setting fires in the fields behind my house meaning there was two fire engines parked outside, complete with lights and noisy engines until almost dawn. (I feel really bad for the farmer because he's lost quite a few bales!)

I'm on 12-10 and I'm dreading it. I've had a decent breakfast and I'm drinking lots of water. Trying to avoid coffee because it makes me anxious.

I'll be on my feet and interacting with customers for the entire shift.

Any ideas? Thank you!

You can totally do this! Will you be able to rest afterwards and tomorrow? I often have trouble sleeping and I now remind myself how much I can get done on no sleep.

Take lots of good snacks for your breaks and consider apple lucozade! It works for me!

Take it case by case, moment by moment.
Be present in each interaction.
Take plenty of deep breaths.
Put your hand on your heart and tell yourself it will all be ok.

Got my first lay in in ages, glad i can use it to send you good vibes.

Thanks guys! No, on the same shift tomorrow then at uni 9-6 on Monday so tue is my next free day.

I'm going to hit morrisons on the way past for some drinks.

I think I might have picked up a bug while travelling to be honest because I feel totally wiped out!
