Please give me a clue.
This is a month and the throbbing in my shoulder and down my arm is excruciating.
I can move my arm and the pain in my neck has sort of gone but my wrist, elbow, arm shoulder and armpit are murder. Picking stuff up is painful. It just throbs and stings. Even touchng my shoulder blade hurts.
Been to doc twice and been given naproxone. Bot an appointment with ortho in 2 weeks but right now I feel like its never going to get better. The progress seems so slow.
is it just because I am older and its all taking longer.
the morning and night are worst.
I put heat and cold on it but it doesnt make much difference.
Any advice folkS?
