When online shops say, for instance, that they offer a 2 to 5 day delivery. Then the day after you place your order you receive an order confirmation stating they will email again when the order has been dispatched. It's then another couple of days until you get that email, only to learn that "dispatched" actually means the order is on it's way to the delivery company. AT THAT POINT you get agn email from the delivery company with a tracking receiver and delivery is finally 2 to 5 days. Not all companies are like this so it's a mild irritant when it happens. (I'm waiting on a really cute skirt and jumper that I'd love to wear Monday!!!).
