Is there anyway of getting cans of diet coke to Denmark

Friend of mine loves it but You can’t buy cans of Diet Coke in Denmark for love nor money, you can get Coke Zero cans or Coke light in McDonald’s (almost acceptable but not quite!) but not cans of Diet Coke...or bottles

Does anyone know of anywhere that would ship them there or a magic place that sells them over there!

I want to win best birthday present this year! :o

Thank you! (Or Tak as they say over there :o )

Isn’t it available but called another name - Coca Cola lite/light?

sleepinginthecar · 21/09/2019 00:07

Order from amazon and deliver there?

MiniMum97 · 21/09/2019 00:09

Can't you just package some up and post or courier it?

Coke lite isn’t the same apparently!

Did look at amazon but for a box of 30, the delivery was £48...which seemed excessive!

I did think of posting some myself but wasn’t sure if I actually was allowed! I’ll look into it!

Thanks all!

I think your friend is mistaken. Diet coke and coke light are the same product: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diet_Coke

Coke tastes different in different countries. Recipes are slightly different. Does she mean she misses British Diet Coke?

Shipping won't be cheap as it's heavy. 1litre weighs 1kg. That's 3 cans (not including the cans).

BillywilliamV · 21/09/2019 06:53

Coke lite is another name for Diet Coke, absolutely

RainOrSun · 21/09/2019 06:57

See what the shipping us like atThe British Corner Shop

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 21/09/2019 07:14

Yes she misses British coke!

When we tracked down an elusive coke lite can it does definitely taste different (still gross, I’m Coke Zero all the way GrinWink)

Thanks all!

Coke Light is absolutely different, no question. I have to drink it when I’m in France where my parents live.

happyasasandboy · 21/09/2019 07:17

Coke lite is definitely NOT the same as Diet Coke! It is the substitute product in a lot of other countries, but it doesn't taste the same at all.

MongerTruffle · 21/09/2019 07:18

Coke tastes different in each country, because Coca-Cola only mass produces the syrup, which is then mixed with the local water.

PotteringAlong · 21/09/2019 07:23

If you can get a cheap return flight it might be cheaper to fill a hold case and hand deliver them...! Grin

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 21/09/2019 07:24

I think it might be at this rate Grin

Hand deliver them!
Hand delivered diet cokes- now that would be a special birthday present!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 21/09/2019 08:28

I really like the idea of hand delivering them but unfortunately with our diaries that won’t be until the end of January!

No way is diet coke the same as coca cola light

Jeremyironsnothing · 28/07/2020 18:43

The Corner Shop that a pp linked to is £12.99 for up to 30kg of shipping, once you've changed the destination to Denmark.
The cans have sold out but the 500ml bottles of diet coke sell for £1.55 each.
