Best illuminating setting powder recommendations

I'd like to find an alternative illuminating setting powder to put over foundation:

1. Must not leave a white cast on my face
2. Must not look ashy or make my face look drier than it is.

I used to use cover fx perfect setting powder in the light shade (which is like snow white.. even though I'm dark skinned, it never left a white cast on my face so worked well and wouldn't dry my face. Since then though, it seems they've changed the formulation meaning it now dries my skin out.

Urban decay do a lovely one. It’s oos on their website at the moment but look elsewhere
