“Growing up” book recommendations

I’ve seen it here before, but can’t remember!
Looking for recommendations for a body changes, growing up book for an 8 year old girl. Thanks :)

Recently bought "the care and keeping of you" for similar aged girl. It's OK, light on detail and a bit peppy but will probably be about right for this stage.
