What the actual fuck? either I'm inept (possible) or that system is fundamentally flawed and not for for purpose. After multiple hoops to jump through online to prove my identity and to register etc the bloody thing doesn't work anyway and I'm to be sent paper forms to return. I should bloody bill them for my time. I'm trying to do the right thing and declare an income. If I had known at the start how Kafkaesque it would prove I'm not sure I'd have bothered tbh.
