Family portrait, drawing or painting. Any recommendations please

I would love to buy one for my Ds and family for Christmas. I have seen some on Etsy but a lot are from America and the postage is high and I can't afford to pay a bomb for it.
Can anyone recommend where else to look please. The pic is the kind of thing I am thinking of

I’m sure on Etsy you can filter it so it only shows sellers from the UK. I would also just google local galleries or portraits artist commissions and then the name of your home town/ county. Email a few to ask for prices if they aren’t shown.
