Negotiator vs estate agent?

Hi.
Can anyone tell me the difference between a sales negotiator and an estate agent?
The job descriptions look fairly similar so I can’t tell the difference!

They are the same thing in my experience

The only difference I can think of is maybe an estate agent will do valuations/ progression as well

I’d have assumed they were the same thing as well but they’re both roles going at the same agency
