Bit nervous, have ft working partner but get child tax credits and I am going back to work after a number of years raising family. The whole UC thing scares me so I rang tax credits who said no, starting work would not push us on to UC, the only thing that would, would be if we ended the claim and made a new one. I’m extremely sceptical of this, it is not clear online at all, it says a change of circumstances would force migration.
Is there anyone on here who already has a working partner and receives CTC and have recently gone back to work? DID you stay on TC or we’re you forced onto UNIversal credit?
