Best after poo air freshener ?

Give me your best suggestions please. Not something that simply adds fragrance to the odour but something that can help to neutralise it.

I've tried the VIPoo stuff which doesn't seem great (not awful but not amazing either)

I put a large bottle of Chanel no.5 down the loo every time I slide an arse pipe into the world.

Nothing can removed the tiny poo particles floating around in the air, which is what you can smell... so your best bet is masking it
Febreeze air freshner is ok.

I'd say something non chemical, so high in essential oils - maybe make one yourself. I don't buy them anymore. Witch hazel and your choice of oil is much less harmful than chemicals. Get a glass spray bottle and you can just refill it when it runs out

Whatever you do, don’t buy anything with this symbol on it, which most air or toilet “fresheners” seem to have.
Bloody unforgivable that they aren’t banned.

I'm the kind of person that tries to forget that they have a digestive system south of the oesophagus. BUT a less uptight friend swears by Aesop's poo (oh God! There. I said it) drops. Very pricey but apparently amazing.

Method Bathroom cleaner - Eucalyptus and Mint.

It's non toxic and makes your bathroom smell like the dentists. Just use it to give the loo a clean after the ... event.

You're right VIPoo is useless but poo pourri is fantastic !! I couldn't believe how effective it is . 2-3 spritzes in the bowl before you have a shite and you can't smell a single thing ! I thought because there was no smell at all that it was gonna be a ghostie , but nope there it was - winking up at me from the pan and smelling like essential oils 😂 highly recommend!
