Slow cooker recipes

Can anyone help?!
I’m not much of a cook. Have ds age 4 and 9 months and both have big appetites.
Nighttime’s are hectic with nursery collections and there is very little time for meal prep. On working days generally not in until after 6.00pm.
Dp does help, but I’m drowning under a sea of work, housework, childcare and cooking at the moment.
I need some basic, healthy meal ideas that can be done in the slow cooker or prepped the night before and put in oven the next day, ready in less than 45 mins. Low salt as whatever we eat I purée for the baby.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

pot roast (its american measurements so you will need to convert them)

meatloaf (again, american measurements). you can pop it (unbaked) in the fridge and put it in the oven when you are ready to eat

slow cooker bolognese

Any joint of meat can be done in the slow cooker.

Jacket spuds.

Bolognaise.
Savoury mince.....serve with chips, frozen mash.

Salmon fillets with a knob of butter, wrapped in foil. Take minutes to cook in the oven......about as long as your veg takes to cook and your packet rice to cook in the microwave.

Stir fry. Pre bought veg packs, Aldi are really good. Straight to work noodles. We have prawns with ours. Get out of the freezer night before to defrost (or run under cold water for 5 mins if you forget). Again, meal takes minutes to cook.

These slow cooker meals involve very little prep:
Sausage stew www.asdagoodliving.co.uk/food/recipes/saussage-and-root-vegetable-stew-recipe
Beef stew www.asdagoodliving.co.uk/food/recipes/slow-cooker-beef-stew

I do this bolognese with pre cubed packs of pancetta realfood.tesco.com/recipes/slow-cooker-bolognese.html and a packet of bolognese base mix veg
More prep than the meals above, but still very quick www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/slow-cooker-chicken-curry
